I’m Adrian, a creator, a coach, and a truth seeker. The truth is BOLD and so I believe we are all meant to be bold in our own unique way. 

It is my passion to share unconventional methods of healing such as alternative medicine, holistic psychology, and the world of energetics. 

 When we heal it impacts everyone around us. And when we heal in community it amplifies even more. We all need access to more resources than traditional therapy when it comes to healing relationship with ourselves and with others. We are complex souls living in a dense dimension.

a deep dive into the world of our unconscious mind

 

This quarter highlights all things shadow work. With these monthly topics we truly get to know how much of our lives are being played out without our knowing. This quarter is meant to draw awareness and transformation to our childhood wounding, programming, beliefs and where boundaries are needed.

 



QUARTER 2

aligning with intention

This quarter is all about refinement, intention, and visualization. We look at patterns of codependency, scarcity, and how our energy affects the world around us. We want to be master manifestors but until we can understand what energy takes up space and the abundance we would prefer to fill up that space, we can not fully align with all the things in life we desire. 



QUARTER 3

connecting + influencing the world around us

 

This quarter puts a unique emphasis on relationships. How do we call in & cultivate relationships that catalyze our life in every way? These monthly topics are meant to guide you on a path of not only cultivating conscious relationships, and also how to heal, expand, and deepen your connection with everyone you choose.

QUARTER 4

alchemy + embodiment

In this quarter we alchemize our year together. We can never unknow what we now know. Part of our healing journey is to share what we learn with others. By being a living embodiment of these philosophies we become the leaders of the new world. It is time to learn how to serve your own community, whether that is through coaching, collaboration or simply sharing your unique purpose with the world.

What is the weekly time commitment for this mastermind?

This journey is about your healing, so it is really up to you how much you would like to commit to the process. We do suggest setting aside a minimum of 2-4 hours a week for inner work and community calls.

How much access to the community will I have?

We are all about the community! We host weekly challenges, live Q&A's and monthly zoom discussions. Each month we will have opportunities to discuss the monthly content, reading materials and unpack our current reality with the tribe.

What if I have a hard time sharing in front of others or need more 1:1 attention?

This community of self healers provides such a safe container that we have had many individuals that previously felt they would be unable to share, only to find themselves diving into sharing within the first few weeks. However, Adrian does offer 1:1 coaching in addition to the mastermind if you feel called.

If I can't be present for every experience is it still worth joining?

It's unrealistic that you will be able to attend everything in this mastermind. We record all the Q&A’s as well as monthly workshops. If you are able to make on average 1 group discussion a month as well as stay up to date on workshops and reading material in your own time, you will still get a transformational experience!
